Choko Chocolate Cake

This is a slight variation from the original recipe

1 cup plain flour
1 cup wholemeal plain flour
1 tsp bicarb of soda
2 tsp ground ginger
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
100g butter, melted
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup grated choko
1 cup grated apple
4 tbsp cocoa


1. Combine dry ingredients in bowl
2. Add butter and eggs
3. Mix well
4. Stir in nuts and choko

Moderate Oven bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes
