just to make a few people jealous...here is the delicious bream and fresh garden vegetables we ate on the long weekend....roasted in lemon and herbs. sweet potato and onions not from the mound, but will be soon!
By the way, sweet potato and spicy capsicum is delicious! There is a sweet potato/chilli sauce that I've heard of- any recipes appreciated!
